BCAA Supplements – Do You Really Need Them?
BCAA’s are the building blocks of protein found in free form, composed of Leucine, Iso-Leucine and Valine. You will consistently see tons of debate on whether or not you should supplement with them, or are they unnecessary given that you are eating an adequate amount of protein in your diet from whole foods and protein supplementation.
This is one of the most common questions I get and in this video I will quickly talk about my opinion and whether or not I think they are worth your money or if you can do without them.
